Are the funds in my Bushel Business Account insured?
Yes, your funds in a Bushel Business Account offered by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Member FDIC are insured up to $5 million through sweep program banks. Bushel is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking Services for the Bushel Business Account provided by The Bancorp Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. FDIC insurance only covers the failure of an FDIC-insured bank. FDIC deposit insurance limit is $250,000 per depositor, per FDIC- insured bank, per ownership category through The Bancorp Bank, N.A. and its sweep program banks.
How quickly can I access my funds?
We make funds available according to the type of deposit and when the funds are applied or credited to the Bushel Business Account. Some types of deposits may not be available for immediate use. Deposits received in our operations center by 6:00 PM ET on a business day will be considered made on that day. Any deposits received in our operations center after that time will be considered made on the next business day. ACH Credits received from an external bank account will be applied to the Account when we have verified the external account and received payment on collected funds. Once the funds are applied to the Account, they will have same day availability.
Can I link multiple accounts?
You have the ability to link multiple external bank accounts to your wallet, as well as designate a preferred or primary payment method. You can link multiple accounts to easily transfer funds as desired.
